MP Expenses
The total costs of running my office in 2009/10 were 564th out of 650 MPs.
My costs were also lower than neighbouring MPs.
From the 2010 General Election all MPs expenses have been regulated by the new Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA).
For the period between 7 May 2010 and 31 March 2011 the total costs of running my office, which were mainly the salaries of my staff, was £97,423.94 which was the 488th lowest out of 652 MPs.
